LORE (written by Savva!):
------------------
Her tail lashed furiously, the only sign of something other than a calm disposition. Her cool eyes as cold as ever, analyzing the information brought to her. The raid had been a success, but how could she have lost so many troops? A miscalculation? A mistake on her part?
“My Queen Pandora”
Pandora whipped around to the entrance side of her large rock den, two leopons stood side by side, adorning the armor of senior warriors and generals. Upon walking closer to them, they bowed before she flicked her tail, a sign to rise. “What's the status? She examined them with her lavender eyes, lacking the warmth of the purple hues.
The burlier older Leopon began to speak “The raid was a success as planned, however we did suffer casualties. 3 warriors are recovering from lethality, while 4 are currently suffering from injuries that may take moons to heal.”
“How many viable warriors do we have left?” she quickened her pace around the den, her eyes never leaving those of the general. Although slim and glossy, underneath her coat, she was a toned battle warrior.
“Only 4 warriors are left with minor to no injuries.”
“But we could recruit some of the adolescents!” The younger leopon guard piped up; he was met with glares from both the Queen and older guard, as if to put him back in his place without landing a single claw on him. Pandora pondered the idea for a while, she didn’t want to lose any adolcensents, certainly none would be ready for battle this early?
“Who’s our best warrior candidate?”
Both generals' eyes widened in shock as to the fact she even decided to respond to such a lucrious suggestion. Yet their thoughts did not last for a second before piping up. Stepping up, the elderly warrior opened his mouth to speak, but words did not come out. Trying again, he finally spoke up.
“Jaspe”
The queen watched him carefully. Jaspe, the runt of last moons litter? Her thoughts moved in a fast paced motion. The clan wouldn’t suffer from the loss of a runt, yet if he was as good as they said, he could make a valuable warrior on the field.
“Very well, next sun we shall walk.”
