Queen Bethsabe

Lady Bethsabe wanted to go swimming with you. Really. Though, now you are waiting for them in the water and they're sitting on the shore, too terrified to move. Hah.

You ran up and greeted Princess Bethsabe happily. Oops, you also knocked her over with your gleeful shoulder-nudge. Ah well, she just fell over giggling and flailing.

Ugh, sometimes getting tangles out of your mane is such a hassle! Luckily, Princess Bethsabe offers to help. She is magical at mane-detangling, and you are grateful for her aid.

You flop down for a nap, and Princess Bethsabe joins you for a good snuggle! Best cuddle buddy ever. x6
You got stung by a wasp in your last territory patrol, but luckily Princess Bethsabe was around to gently lick the wound. You feel better after her gentle tending.

Bethsabe is a notable queen, having lived much longer than the average lion and guiding the pride alongside her brother. Although unlike her twin brother Vanyel, she did not die early into their reign. This resulted in the early years of her life having to choose a new heir to her brother and since no one in the pride was worthy in her mind she had to find another. With this she went out to neighboring prides whom volunteered some of their excess heirs to her. From this group she chose a young male named Mozart, whom she'd attempt to groom into a 'good enough' heir to her brother's throne.

This heir would prove to not be the correct choice, as he was as power hungry as he was cunning and charming. Mozart had proven to be Bethsabe's equal in ambition, but not in forethought as Bethsabe would learn later.

She now regrets her decision upon who she had chosen, but is too prideful to admit it. That is why she has chosen instead raise her daughter Tiamet , borne from a male outside the pride, into a queen who will be cunning, respected, and powerful enough to wrestle control back from Mozart.
