Shaman Vikali

History:
Vikali (meaning "rough") was born into the Pride from Lady Aerus and Taaka from a neighboring Pride.

Personality:
Vitkali likes to think he is brave. He constantly struts his stuff and acts very tough around King Theluji as well as the ladies in the Pride. He is not afraid to challenge his brutal King and often gets on Prince Thorn's nerves. Theluji has taken a special interest in this male and has promised that if anything were to happen to Theluji, Vikali would be the next in line for the throne.

One night in November, the ancestors whispered to Shaman Vumbi about a lion who could see both the living and the dead would be born into the Pride. Vumbi believes that Vikali is that lion. Although the shamans of the Pride have all been female, Vikali's special sight makes him a powerful lion. He was reluctant at first to believe his healer but after having a vision of spirits, he stepped into his role as the next shaman.Since his vision, Vikali has been able to see the living with his black eye and the spirit world with his white eye. The two world coincide in his vision and he is often seen talking to nothing but is communicating with the ancestors.

Communicating with the dead took a tole on Shaman Vikali. He could see them everywhere and they even walked in his dreams, leaving him restless. Hoping to find peace, he created a concoction that would hopefully silence the underworld forever. Angered, the spirits cursed Vikali to breath forever. He is not alive nor is he dead. He will forever walk the cursed line of both realms.
