She is a sangoma, working dark magics for the good of the pride... and herself, of course. She can raise fallen animals as zombies, throw hexes at the pride's enemies, and who knows what else? No one really wants to spend any more time with her than necessary, but that suits her fine. It leaves her the free time she needs to dedicate to her... art. Lions from other prides whisper that Maajabu has captured birds and insects with her magic, binding their souls to hers so that she can use their senses as her own. This supposedly allows her to learn secrets, subtly monitor individuals, spy on enemies, and wreak all kinds of other havoc.
