It was widely known amongst the pride that Angora was the original heir to the throne. It was apparent in the way she treated her current king - they were always at odds, and her patience with Sanguisugabogg waxed and waned with each day. She often disagreed with the king, but no matter what, her loyalty never wavered. That was one of the reasons Sanguisugabogg didn't banish her that day - that fateful day that would decide the future of their pride. It was only fair that the winner of their brutal fight take the throne - Sanguisugabogg was stronger, faster, more light on her feet. Angora knew she had been bested, and it was only right that she step aside for the new female to take her rightful place as head of the pride. That didn't mean Angora would bow without question. Sanguisugabogg would have to work day in and day out for her respect - she owed her that much at least.

Regal and proud, Angora was one of the most respected members of the pride. There is no real ranking within the family, but it went without question that Angora was someone that had the most knowledge and the most skill. The cubs gravitated toward her for her scary stories and her hunting lessons. She was best described as no-bullshit and rather crude at times, her curt replies often taken personally if teased on the wrong day. Sanguisugabogg was the only one immune tot his aspect, always unaffected by her rude replies. However, it was clear to the king that despite her bitterness about the throne, she would give anything for her family to thrive and prosper.
