This leopon was a king of one of the prides he visited, but the leopon was ruthless and prejudiced against his normal feline pride members. Electric Boogaloo quickly fled when it became clear that the hybrid wanted him to stay permanently. He soon found his way inside the valley, having flown over the mountains that guard it from outsiders. The ruler, Ellil, was surprised to find him but offered him sanctuary in the valley. Electric Boogaloo agreed before offering to be the guide for any travelers through the peaceful valley.
