Valda is a kind and sweet young primal lioness who has found love in the form of an angry and over-protective Bengal tiger. While Valda lives in Paola's pride and had initially planned to be one of his lovers- the tiger, Mar, stole her heart away. Prince Paola being a relaxed lion, let the two live peacefully within his territory as long as Valda helped hunt and would help protect cubs. Valda was more than happy to be a designated brood-mother and has taken up caring for other animals in times without cubs- most often orphaned prey. Mar doesn't understand her obsession with motherhood but isn't going to stop his love from enjoying her time. Especially since Mar can't provide her cubs, as he is infertile.
