Spartina

Spartina, one of two young females affiliated with Sundari's gang. True to form, she's a spitting image of Sundari, taking after her, personality wise. She hates the older females, and despises their little rugrats, but oh so ADORES Barbados. More so than Sundari, as she believes. At every chance, she gets, Spartina tries to gain the King's respect, and even get him to notice her. Yet, she never succeeds over a simple grunt or a head nod from him. Spartina knows that her age has something to do with it, as she envies Sundari and the other adult lionesses gaining his attention. So much so that most have bore his cubs.

"Why does he even bother to try and act so suave towards them? They all hate him for fuck's sake!!"

When she's not trying to get Barbados to notice her, Spartina joins in on the hunting lessons, and spends most of her time with fellow teenager, Kamaria, who's more like a sister to her now, as the two as joined at the hips.

She hates the cubs, and has shown it multiple times, with snarling and barking insults...which ended with a beatdown from their mothers.

The pair also teams up to Sundari to seize power over the other lionesses. Their first planned failed in trying to bereft the mothers of their cubs. They got into a nasty brawl with Neith's gang, and lost, with Sundari and Kamaria baring most of the scars.

Spartina is laying low for now...but she's not completely out of the game. She WILL become Barbados's most treasured girl, and will stop at nothing to get what she wants....even if it means fighting to the death and clawing her way to his blackened heart.
