A powerful being, creator of worlds and universes. They named him Vesper, and despite Vesper's power, he wasn't interested in using his powers for much. In fact, he practically didn't use them at all. The stumpy lad disguised himself as a lil business man, hiding amongst mortals, selling things and making quite the profit.
