Burnstar

Burnstar was born during the time of the first brother kings: King Nye and King Sokwe. She was born in Nye's half of the pride and and later became one of King Vasiliás's specifically picked queens. She died during his reign but was brought back to life by the shaman apprentice Celestia. Now she assists the shamans with communicating with the deceased pride members. She has the same shoulder scar Vasiliás had in his honor and the same scar Fedha Barafu had in her honor.

You approach the temple like doorway, curious to see the immortal. She was known as The Immortal Queen. Once you pass through the doorway you see a tall and elegant lioness laying in the sunlight.

"Welcome! I am Burnstar, The Immortal Queen. What brings you to my cavern Traveler?"

You sit next to Burnstar and explain that you recently lost a close pridemate and heard she can communicate with the dead.

"That I can do but we will need a Shaman's help. But the only one living is Sokundu but his mentor Celestia brought me back to life."

You don't want to travel again so recently but this may be the only way to contact your deceased pride-mate.

"You can stay here learn more about me, meet the other lionesses, or go find Sokundu."

"I'd like to stay for a bit." You say as you lay down across from her. She seems excited someone wants to hear more about her.

"Sure what would you like to know, Traveler?"

You point to her scars. "Where did those come from?"

She points to the heart scar. "When I was brought back to life by Celestia they appeared. The heart was on the queen that ruled when I was alive. Queen Fedha Barafu." She points to the ankh scar. "This one was one my husband had, I was one of the wives, or queens as we were called at the time, of King Vasiliás.

"I'm not one of the rarest lions and by far from it but I helped build the pride you see today"
