Raticate Cipher is a Silver Grey lioness with Marbled skin and Starshine eyes. Her coat consists of Henna Tail. She is the daughter of Queen T Y L E N O L (owned by User #116145) and Celestial Cipher and was born on June 17, 2020. Her mother, the Queen, is a Mutie, being a Piebald Withered, while her mom is a normal lioness. Raticate herself is a Mutie, being a Piebald Withered, and has a personality.

On June 18, 2020, she was there when Venom retired, leaving Snowrunner Cipher to replace him, though she was far too young to understand what was going on. The next day, Snowrunner gave her a Four-Toed Hedgehog as a companion as well as a Senegal Feather Decor.

On January 23, 2021, she started her training as a huntress and became a full huntress of SoulPride on February 4, 2021. On February 6, 2021, Snowrunner Cipher gave her a Scarred Lioness as another companion, as well as a Jaguar Big Cat Bodywear and Headwear to wear. On February 8, 2021, she was there when Affine Cipher decided to step down, naming Atbash Cipher in her place.

On March 6, 2021, she was there when Atbash Cipher decided to step down, naming Rhydon Cipher in her place.
