Travelling Lioness

This lion is not meant for you to keep! She must be passed to a new territory within a week.

Her name is Crepito! she has stumbled upon your territory during her great journey around africa. She asks if your king would be so kind as to let her stay a while, give her a rest and a meal.
You see, she left when she was only a child, wanting more than just the basic pride life her mothers and fathers had before her, and instead going off to battle the hunger and heat of the great african desert.

But when she was old enough to leave the broodmother's side, Ceprito realised she was not cut out to be a pride lioness. She belonged to the wild, like her mother. So she said goodbye to Hester, her pridemates, and left to take a journey across Africa. Hester gave her a setting sun to keep her safe during her travels. |

Lynxy- Crepito stumbled upon the king, she was muddy and slightly exhausted. Her fur stuck up in many places. The king offered to take her in, for the time being anyways, so she could eat and be cleaned up. when a lioness started licking her, Crepito darted into the grass and started grooming herself

BoldCharlie has never quite seen a cub like her before. Brash and bold but the kindest heart. Crepito wondered info camp one day and started playing amongst the cubs but no one noticed till it came time for feeding and she joined in on one of the freshly killed zebra. Afterward she wiggled around his feet playfully then proceeded to bat at his tail. Cute. Even endearing enough to ear her a friendship with one of the many birds that flocked around the Den. But as always Crepito grew restless and began pacing around the cave. The next day she was gone to the Prides dismay. They knew, though, that she wasn’t meant to stay for long, but she will be missed.

Crepito wandered into Fantasias cave seemingly out of nowhere. the queen was delighted; she loved travelers. as soon as she could, she draped Crepito in yellow pearl and flower ornaments. Fantasia told her they she was able to stay as long or as short as she pleased, just to let her know when it’s time to leave. Crepito stayed for a while, enjoying the company of the pretty, decorated lions in Fantasias pride. but soon it was time for Crepito to take her leave.

The lions in Mephisto's pride are all very interested to hear about Crepito's adventures. After dinner, the king and his families would all gather around to listen to Crepito's stories. On the day of her departure, Crepito did not realized that one of the pride's primal cub followed her outside the pride's territory without permission, it took a long time for Crepito to convince the cub that she was too young for traveling and sternly shoo the cub back to her broodmother.

Kitti #49878 - Crepito Joined Harlequins pride after being found while hunting during August. Harlequin & his lionesses agreed to let her join and eat for as long as she needed. They even gave her a pink flower crown and a nightingale friend- .. Had two cubs.. Were sent with her to next place!

Crepito was welcomed into Mazeratti's pride with excitement. The pride had welcomed many travelers before and absolutely loved hosting the wayward explorers and story-tellers. When Crepito first came across a scout for the pride, she was wary, as the big primal female she met did not seem friendly at first. Once they introduced themselves, they realized neither of them was a threat to the other, and they both wandered back to the pride. Crepito stayed a while with the pride and shared wonderful stories and indulged in good food. She even chased leaves with the pride's cubs
every evening.
Finally, the day approached for her to move on. Crepito said her bittersweet goodbyes and left the pride one late evening.


Pride of Soaring Eagles (Uhuru #92107)

By the time Crepito arrived at the Pride of Soaring Eagles, the Pride had already encountered several travelling lionesses and King Filius Flitwick II had recognized the usefulness of those lions. He knew how to make the most out of those visitors, and so of course he forced Crepito to work hard for her keep. Crepito didn't mind this at all, though. She was curious by nature and always eager to discover new places and make new experiences. It was always interesting to see what lay around the next rock. Crepito became good friends with all the lionesses who were part of her patrol, and sometimes she thought that she could have stayed with the Pride of Soaring Eagles forever. But then there came the day when the winds changed... and with the changing winds a feeling of longing got a hold of Crepito's heart. A longing to see what lay beyond the borders, to scout new territories...and so, without waiting to say goodbye to anyone, she left the pride in the dead of the night.

Swamp Spa Paradise
The previous pride had worked her to exhaustion. The coolness of the night was a feeling of relief from her tiredness. During her travels, she managed to work her way into a boggy terrain. Within the bog and fog, she heard the enjoyment of chatter and splashing of water. With some difficult navigation, she approached the ladies relaxing in a muddy hole. One of the ladies sees her and rolls onto her side with a purr, “Oh a guest. Welcome to the Spa. Someone fetch Keralis!” A younger adolescent female ran away for some time before returning with an equally young male. His fur was covered in moss and mud. Sticks sticking here, duckweed growing there. This lion looked like he was made of the earth itself with how dirty he was.

“Good eve,” he spoke smoothly and charmingly, “Welcome to my paradise. My ladies can care for your fatigue. You look exhausted. I can provide you with a fresh kill too.” He motioned to a couple women who instantly stood and guided her to a muddy pond. As they did, Keralis had walked off with a flick of his tail against her chin. Was he flirting with her? He was charming enough, but also seemingly too young! Deciding to partake in the ‘relaxation’, she slid into the cool mud and sighed happily. It felt fantastic and rather soothing to her tired bones.
Once the mud bath was over, she accompanied Keralis while enjoying a rather fresh kill as promised. He was absolutely charming, and told many tales and rumors he had heard of passing by lions, travelers alike and more. His charm was attractive, and to Crepitos embarressment, the night lasted quite some time... she decided to stay and enjoy the spoils for a while before moving on to another pride.

⭑☘ Quail Heart ☘⭑ #207550 | Crepito arrived Halot's pride, but when she arrived there was only some lionesses and couldn't find the king. When she asked about him she was told that both the king and the queen went to another pride for a gathering for some days, but that probably they would return soon. Crepito comprehended, as she heard about the gathering in the last pride she was in, and wondered how it would be there.

After Crepito setted down on the shelter were other travelers were, a hunting party returned with a great amount of food. The lionesses started creating a pile of food and called everyone in the pride to gather nearby. When Crepito approached she asked what was happening and a big tigon who was called Lumina told her that they were making a Thanksgiving Dinner in the pride, and that she could join if she wanted. Another traveler called Zabhivva also joined them and all the pride spent the night talking and remembering pridemembers that weren't there anymore.
The days that crepito spent on the pride were full of fun and company until she had to go. She was given some food as gift for her next travels and she went onto a next pride.

Snickety Snuck #172605 |Crepito arrived at the Firebug Marsh pride appearing to be healthy, if not a little unstable due to her advanced age. Throwing to the wind all precaution the harem would normally take against strange lionesses, the pride ruled that there was no possibility that Crepito could pose a threat and welcomed her to stay immediately. The cubs of the Firebug Marsh pride instantly took a liking to Crepito, and could often be found curled up at her paws and playing keep away with her tail while she told them long and fascinating stories from her younger days. Especially popular were the stories of how Crepito was given the many ornaments that adorned her thinning pelt, and the story of the mysterious Keralis. When Crepito spoke about Keralis, the king who never seemed to age, even the pride adolescents could be seen loitering around her den, listening aptly. During her stay with the Firebug Marsh pride, Crepito birthed her last cubs, two males, who unfortunately grew very ill and died. Crepito was also struck with this mysterious illness, and her age prevented her from taking care of both herself and her cubs in these trying times. The Firebug Marsh pride did their best to help, and managed to save Crepito. Unfortunately, her close call with death reminded Crepito of her mortality and she began to wish to return to her home pride, where she would be cared for and could pass with old age peacefully. The Firebug Marsh pride was sad to see Crepito go, and her departure left many tears to shed, as the pride was painfully aware that they would never see this much beloved traveler again.

Savannahnight's Pride #143743
Crepito was welcomed into Savannahnight's pride immediately. Savannahnight recognised the marks of old age and sent Twilight, his son, to search for her pride to bring her back home. It was a long wait but finally Twilight returned with Rango to escort her back home to live out her final days. She bid farewell to all the lionesses of this interesting pride, and made sure to stop by the nursery to give the cubs a last word of advice; 'Never give up; when the road seems toughest, that is when you must rise to the challenge.' Some of the more emotional cubs cried at her departure, but most remained their composure as they said goodbye.
