Queen Anu

Anu, a young lioness, was exiled from her pride because she possessed a unique ability: she could see visions of various things, which she believed to be divine. However, her pride saw her as possessed, and her striking black patches of melanism that divided her face only added to their fear and suspicion. Alone in the shrubland, Anu's fate took an unexpected turn when she crossed paths with Hula Hoop, the king of another pride, searching for new members. Anu joined his pride, and soon, she gave birth to four cubs. One of them inherited her distinctive melanism patches, and all inherited her remarkable gift for seeing visions. These cubs became known as "The Four Spirits."

In the following years, Anu continued to expand her family, mothering four more cubs, of which two chose to remain within the pride. As time passed, the pride experienced a change in leadership as Hula Hoop's reign came to an end. Having lived a long and fulfilling life, Anu passed away peacefully, nearly reaching 16. Her legacy lived on through her unique cubs and their extraordinary abilities, a testament to the acceptance and diversity found within the pride she called home.
