Mazikeen

Mazikeen was brought into the pride by Nebula as a partner for Troian. The young adolescent male was needing some motivation to continue his training that would eventually prepare him to lead the pride. What better way to get him going than to promise he could take Mazikeen as his queen before he takes the throne and Nebula would not breed with her during his reign. Mazikeen was thrilled, she and Troian hit it off quite well and one day she would be his queen. The only problem, was another young lioness named Heavenly (oh, the irony). At the same time Mazikeen arrived, Troian had already been spending a lot of time with Heavenly and forming a bond. Before her, he even would've chosen Heavenly as his queen without a question. But now, there is a choice to made. For the meantime, Heavenly and Mazikeen can't even stand to be near each other, nevertheless hunt together. Let's just say, they have very different opinions and values. She may not have a good relationship with her, but Maz gets along quite well with Banshee and Jezabel. Growing the 3 would get mistaken for each other all the time and always joked about that. As they aged the began hunting well together, one of their tricks being to run very close together and then split to confuse prey. They learned it from zebra patterns and mirrored it so the animals they chased never knew how many lionesses were behind them!
