Hecate

Hecate was born around the same time that her uncle ascended to the throne, and King Troian is lucky that she was born female. Little did he know, that if Hecate would have been male, her mother would have had a difficult choice to make. Jezabel is happy with her position as the sister of the king, but she craves more power. Right now, she is ranked as high as Troian's queen (when he takes one) but under Keanu, next in line for the throne. If however, she had a strong and capable son, her brother had a "tragic accident" and could prove to be too fierce for Keanu, she would have a real shot at second in command of the pride. Jezabel does love her brother, but she wars with her constant lust for control. Hecate feels that control that her mother possesses and is growing up to be quite defiant because of it. Jezabel believes she has successfully manipulated her daughter, but she may be surprised by whose side she might choose if it comes down to a challenge for the throne.
