Abyssi

When you approach, Abyssi gives you the most intent look, but you cannot figure out why.

Abyssi runs to you first, says hello and runs off somewhere. Huh?

When you come to greet her, Abyssi quickly gets up, shuffling her paws on the ground to hide something she drew with her claw.

Looking for a while, you find Abyssi sitting between large rocks, away from the rest of the pride. She greets you warmly, though.

Abyssi claimed that pouncing made her more visible, and that she didn't want that.

Abyssi said that they would much rather watch from way over there, almost out of sight.

Abyssi enjoyed being able to think about "things" and watch everything from the top of the rock she climbed.

When Abyssi tripped up, Grandpaw Imperium zipped over and put them back on their feet. Grandpaw Imperium nudged Abyssi with his nose and said they can try again.

Abyssi was more interested in something she wouldn't share.

Quiet as a mouse, Abyssi scared another cub who was resting.

Grandpaw Imperium has been handed one of his grandcubs, who seems to have inherited his non-stop energy. Abyssi and Grandpaw Imperium proceed to have a conversation that's so fast, no one else can understand a thing.

Abyssi wants to race Grandpaw Imperium, and dashes away for a head start. Grandpaw Imperium pretends to try hard to catch Abyssi, but lets them win by a nose.

Instead of relaxing today like Grandpaw Imperium had promised you, you spot him running circles around Abyssi, taunting his grandcub every time they almost get him.

Wrestling isn't supposed to be about dodging your opponent and watching for an open spot, but it worked for Abyssi. That's what matters, right?

You see Grandpaw Imperium running around, excitedly playing with Abyssi. The two of them seem to be having great fun, but how did he get Abyssi exhausted so easily? You decide you'll need to ask for some advice from Grandpaw Imperium later on today.

You see Abyssi playing tag with Grandpaw Imperium. Aww, look at those two go! ... Wow, did Grandpaw Imperium actually manage to exhaust a full-energy cub this fast? ... And now it looks like he's trying to race with a cheetah. You shake your head. Seems like some things never change, no matter how old he gets.
