Outside Lioden, below a large waterfall, stood the peaceful Sunrise Pride, lions emerging with the radiance of the sun, known as fierce warriors, endowed with various paintings made of blood, fruit, and other gooey elements. One characteristic of the pride was that all members possessed a wild, almost primitive appearance, endowed with a physical mutation that they believe to be a gift from one of their gods, Arath, god of war.
It was tradition that one lioness a month went to the arenas to fight on behalf of Arath, and ultimately prove her worth by becoming one of the pride's huntresses. This was an arduous rite of passage, which forced the lionesses to confront their friends in a deadly clash of dreams, but unfortunately, not all of them can be huntresses.
For Deadly'Feather, one of the best Sunrise Pride warriors among the young, this was her worst nightmare, for the lioness she had always followed with her eyes, Lost'Song, as beautiful as Deadly'Feather's mind could fantasize, would in the future be her opponent. The platonic love she felt was slowly corroding her, while the lioness developed a hatred towards the Sunrise Pride for putting her in this deplorable situation. In one of the training sessions when Deadly'Feather was forced to attack and claw Lost'Song, almost blinding her, the warrior decided that she had to put a stop to that situation, with her own claws.
At dawn before the exam began, just as the mother star appeared in the heavens, painting it flavescent with its warm rays, Deadly'Feather marched to the hot springs, incinerating a stick. In front of her eyes lay the flames, that which would save her from doing something terrible, and end that culture and self-centered lions, forever. Taking advantage of the drought, she set fire to the plains, which soon became a wildfire near the waterfall, entering the lions' camp. The fire didn't distinguish between animals, cubs, adults or social class, it burned everyone there unprepared, and spread towards the forest. Deadly'Feather, in the midst of the confusion, managed to grab Lost'Song, escaping from the flames while beside her, several herds were also galloping for their lives.
Both lionesses ran for miles on end, until Lost'Song came crashing down, near a parched swamp. There, tired, with her body slightly burned, and physically ill, she took her last breaths. Deadly'Feather was unable to help her companion, remaining at her side, crying, begging for help. In the middle of the afternoon, strange figures answered her call, the Matata Pride, now, also her new home.

Deadly'Feather now finds herself as one of the bodyguards, receiving the rank of Eta, meaning that she acts protecting pride territory with the males, but also helps the lionesses on hunts when possible. Deadly'Feather is someone who takes orders easily, hardly possessing an instinct of self-preservation, the meaning for her to live is gone, and now if the Matata Pride needs something, she will do everything in her power to provide what is necessary.
The warrior is usually seen with Echo'Light, known to be the blue-haired lioness' personal bodyguard, as well as one of her best friends. However, it is always necessary to keep one foot back, after all, like any henchman, Deadly'Feather is not afraid of deadly orders. She is the reason why both Cedar'Fang and Stone'Strike need to sleep with their eyes open, because at any moment Deadly'Feather could be watching them from behind.
