-"The Ancient One's" are a god-like symbol. Whatever yall believe in...or don't..its just a figure. Similar to when Simba talks to Mufasa in the clouds. Or in warriors where leaders go to the moonstone to recieve their 9 lives.

The Ancient Ones commend this cub to be a great warrior.
Razur was roaming the tropical forest, she was patrolling, making sure no lions wandered along Asaco's land without his permission. She was used to chasing lions out easily, but once in awhile if the lion was a large male, she had trouble and would have to reach out for help from the pride.
That night she wasnt out to only patrol, she was out to look for Lana, her training mentor. Lana met Razur when she was young, and ever since they met, every few sundowns the two would spar. Lana didnt perfer large prides, so she wanders the out skirts of multiple pride lands.
The two met later in the night, where the moon was in the middle of the star lit sky, they talked about Razur's past and her prophecy.
R. "I was meant to be a great warrior Lana, The Ancient Ones, are the lions who appointed Asaco to be king, and they told him that he would meet an outsider cub run along his path, and that cub would be a great warrior for his pride."
L. "Razur, I've never heard of this tale. I'm not doubting you, but how do you know that you are that cub?"
R. "Asaco brought me to the Ancient Ones when he first met me. The story also says something about a cub born with 'the body of despair, but the might of a lion' when Asaco brought me to the Cavern...they confirmed it was me. However, I don't know how I affect his Kingship. Since he also doesnt know, he rarely let me leave the pride land without him."
L. "Well, Asaco may kill me if we keep meeting in secret, but I know my way around the forest's better then he does, the big oof can barely fit between the tree's. You can not be angry at him though, he is just worried that something may happen to you, him or the pride. Not only that, but your starting to wear me out with training, you are extremely diligent and swift. I can barely keep up."
R. "I enjoy our walks Lana, I am sorry for practicing so hard, sometimes my mind drifts off in the heat of the moment. I want to be strong for whatever comes for me or the pride."
Lana and Razur lay down, and look up at the stars.
L. "Do not be sorry, I will always come meet with you when I can. The heat of the battle is always the hardest, so its okay that your mind drifts...one day you may be in a scenario where the driven mind is the only thing that saves you. Almost like ultra instinct kicks in."
R. "Lana, what was your last pride like?
