Nectar has always been a very wary lioness, never straying too far from the pride. She rarely joined in on hunts and was content to stay a guardian forever. Once unrest settled into the pride with the locust plague she was forced to patrol with the others, to worried about the horses of the apocalypse the king whispered to his court about. On one such trip she was shoved into the River dividing the summer and winter prides, sending her far away. She was rescued by a strange pride and taken in.
