She was endlessly grateful for the guidance of her mother-in-law Blushing Clay and mourned her death, but even without this assistance she gained the respect of her pridemates; when her husband died, she still held a great amount of power and was well-regarded by her brother-in-law, the newly crowned Pale Ember. She too was mourned when she passed away.
