Psalm 30:5 "for his anger endureth but a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning" Grace of Stars, or Grace, was one of King Angus' favorite Queens. he may have been Heartless, but she was Trusting and Good, and could always soothe her King's weary mind & body. in her heart, she trusted in her Creator that deep down, Angus was a good king...that not everything done was pleasant to keep order within a pride. so, when she birthed her first and only son to Angus, she once again trusted in her Creator that her son would meet the pride standard to be allowed to stay. he was a beautiful cub. he was charming to his mother as well. she could just stare at his beauty all day. when he was weaned, she presented him to his father for inspection. Angus was just as impressed by his beautiful looks and charm. he was very proud of Grace for giving him this son and he was allowed to stay and train up. if it weren't for Angus' vanity, he might have drove Joy off. he likes to keep only the most beautiful of his children within the pride. Grace on the other hand, taught Joy in secret while growing up about their Creator and all the good things that come from their Creator...and raised him to be a good lion.
