• The Dove is the presence of the Holy Spirit upon your life and those near you. Even without being physically nearby, you exude His Spirit!! So sweet.
• The Brilliant Gems are symbolic for your boys (aka my adopted nephews lol). They are brilliant little angels just like their precious God-fearing mama.
• Sparkling Opal Pendant reflects the bright and beautiful spark that ignites your soul for your Savior. May it always sparkle and shine for others to see.
• Angel Wings are from my big brother as a thank you for being my friend. <3
• Sunset Feralis represents Jesus taking the lashes for us before He died for our sins and to save us from our destruction on that fateful evening!
• Sunrise Speckles represents Jesus appearing at the empty tomb on the third day and showing the light of the world was - and is - truly alive!
• Cloudy eyes represents when life gets complicated and we stumble around to find our way; as it is written, we walk by faith, not by sight.
• The Night on the Beach BG represents how we only see one set of tracks sometimes and we think we’re alone, when in reality, God is carrying us. That’s why we only see one set of prints - His.
A name meaning “Violet Rose,” this lioness is named after my friend and this stud’s owner, Rosa. This babygirl is also partially named after Violet Evergarden, the girl soldier who lost her arms in a war; and she had to learn to live with herself and the people around her outside those times whilst longing to be in the presence of her precious Major once more. Her determination to find him and her dedication to her decision appalls me. It is much like our longing for Jesus. Even though they claimed Major Gilbert was dead, a part of her never gave up; and as such, may we never forget that God is alive and well!
The reason I make mention of her name’s origin is because of you, my dear. You work with your hands. Precious, gifted hands. When I was worked up about school and health, you did not have to lay a single finger on me to let me feel the precious presence of the Holy Spirit as we spoke. You have a spectacular spirit and I can only imagine the calling that is on your life. Violet lost hers, but she wrote beautiful letters for people that could not write or did not have the words. She made sure the recipient always got the letter no matter where she had to travel in order to make it happen. I see that kind of fiery determination in you despite knowing you such a short time. It’s incredibly inspirational to say the least.
Enjoy the time you have with your sweet babies, my newly adopted nephews whom I will be praying blessings over from afar; and no matter where God’s calling on your life takes you, if you ever have doubts about your purpose, come visit Rosa and remember how you touched a total stranger just by the way you conducted yourself. You gave me Eglantyne, a wild rose; and now I give you these thoughts to encourage and uplift you. Ironically, a flower for a flower. 9.22.21) You settled in for the night to sleep, but then you felt something trembling next to you. You find Cub, looking scared. You pull them close with your paws and let them snuggle until you both are asleep.
10.2.21) You laughingly greet Rosa Violetta and start gently pretending to eat them. They shriek and laugh and tell you your teeth tickle.
10.5.21) You pass by Rosa Violetta lurking in the shadows. She narrows her eyes as she watches you walk by. You are unsure if she is showing contentment or contempt, but it unsettles you.
