'River was born to a simple, happy family. His father was a king to a small pride, and his mother was a hunter from far away lands. As a cub, he loved to run around outside with his siblings and play games. He had a curious mind and was always asking questions, which were sometimes funny and sometimes hurtful. One day, a strange dark lion came to their pride lands. He introduced himself as a merchant from lands far away across the seas. The old lion was pleasant with knowledge of whatever you desired to ask he would answer. They gained knowleage to improve their lives and he gained currency, a full belly, and warm place to rest while he prepared to move on trough the lands. He then disappeared without a word or anyone knowing where he had went off to but he then returned after a couple of years... He brought with him a large group of rogues. He said that the pride no longer belonged saying they would have to leave or be destroyed. River's father walked up to the other lion and explained that they hadn’t done anything wrong, and they didn’t deserve to be treated this way. This only made the dark oily lion smile and whispered to River's father that he was right. He told him to kill as many lions as he liked and that he would be spared. River's father slautered the whole pride and when he was done he turned on his own cubs, snapping their necks, and with wild eyes he turned on River. Sadly no matter how hard River fought his father, he was just to strong and River ended up mortally wounded. River then had to watched as his father took his own life.'
"River!!!!.....", A gruff voice breaks him out of his nightmare, blinking and shaking his mane, he looks up to see another male with concered eyes staring down at him. "Was I talking in my sleep again, ඞSUSSY?", River sat up slowly and looked at his best friend ඞSUSSY who rescued him all those years ago form certain death. He was even blessed with Immortality after proving himself worthy of such a gift. His only goal in life after getting revenge for the death of his pride and father, was to serve and protect the one who saved his life without a second thought. "Yes but I am here now and that lion is forever gone," ඞSUSSY nuzzeled into River's fluffly mane trying to comfort him the only way he knew how and River did the same back to him. "I am sorry for worrying you my King, shall we go wake the other den guardians? That is if they aren't already awake." ඞSUSSY lets out a long loud huff before pulling himself away from River's mane and turns to leave with River following close behind.
Personality:
He is a trustworthy lion and loyal. Despite his dark past, he still has an optimistic view of the future.
