She's scared for its life but the cub suckles milk from both mouths. TWO HEADS WTFFF seems to be learning how to walk and play properly, although it is very apathetic and prefers to sit and look around with its widened field of view. TWO HEADS WTFFF has trouble feeding and controlling its body. It had a seizure last night. Don't be so jelly, let it go. Your cub is frozen!
