Novis was curled up in a ball in the furthest, darkest corner of the den. She was shivering, her pink eyes radiating her pure fear. She accidentally let a hyena sneak into the hoard. Suddenly, Novis pressed her body against the wall, her level of fear at her max. You poked your head into the lioness den and noticed that Novis was clearly unwell. You asked her what was wrong, and she immediately blurted out that a hyena got into pride territory and made its way into the hoard. You constantly reassured Novis that she was alright, and that she had the position of a hunter, not a defender of the territory. She sighed in relief, but got taken down by gravity with how much her body was trembling.
