Aphrodite, Lady of Hearts

Lady of Hearts and head of all hunting matters, including territory disputes amongst the hunting grounds.

Considered the “other woman” in human society, Aphrodite is the subordinate queen and handmaiden under Cleopatra. However, the two share no rivalry.

Aphrodite is a skilled hunter. She is the main leader of the major hunting party and deals with all issues in that field.

Aphrodite is a very strict leader. She doesn’t allow nonsense among the other lionesses or cubs. She balance’s Cleopatra’s passiveness quit well.

Aphrodite had birthed the first male heirs to the pride lands, and an additional princess. Aglaia, the biggest, Thalia, the middle, and Euphrosyne, the littlest. She loves her cubs more than life itself. Regardless of which son will rule, she taught all of them basic respect and mannerisms that come with nobility. But now, as adults, they have shunned their mother. Aphrodite is deeply hurt and offended by their actions, not understanding why they would think so low of her.

Before her cubs were born, she was put in charge of teaching a young lioness named Hestia. She considers Hestia a daughter of sorts and believes she is a skilled young hunting apprentice. She is quite protective of her.
