Cecilia was born a Moon Suvsya, daughter to two high council members. Growing up, she never saw her parents much and was often left to her own antics. This is what lead her to meeting Yuri, another young Moon Suvsya lioness her age. The two became fast friends but it was Yuri's brother, Kimber, who really caught Cecilia's eye.
Kimber and Cecilia grew very close over time, until soon the young lions came to a startling halt in their lives: Cecilia turned out to be pregnant. The pair should have been happy about this. Even being as young ad they were, but there was only one thing: Kimber, unlike his sister Yuri, was a sun elementalist.
Suvsyas normally didn't intermingle outside of their element, especially not the children of council members like Cecilia. Cecilia and Kimber had kept their love hidden for this reason. But there was no way to hide a pregnancy like this.
Still, Cecilia and Kimber's love was strong and the pair sought a way to continue their relationship. Kimber came up with an idea to run away together and escape the council, creating their own pride together. Cecilia was excited at the thought of this, daydreaming about leading a pride alongside her lover and raising their cubs together.
But then, everything changed. Suvsyas revolted, attacking the council members and their families. Cecilia was forced to escape the attacks in order to evade her own death.
Cecilia ran for days straight, mind clouded with fear and worry for her parents and family. When she finally stopped, she came to the startling realization that she was hopelessly lost without any way back. In the back of her mind, she had always intended on returning to her home and rejoining with her family and lover, still set on starting her own pride with Kimber and their unborn cubs.
Cecilia wandered for months on end, eventually stumbling across a pride. At this point, she was heavily pregnant. Luckily for her, she was quickly taken in by the pride and nursed back to health. This pride was the Pride of Eternal Autumn. The Queen of the pride, Lilith, often spent time with Cecilia and was extremely kind to her.
Cecilia struggled for a long time with the knowledge that she would likely never see her family or Kimber again, though Lilith helped her overcome that. The two lionesses fell deeply in love with one another, Cecilia's gentle and soft-spoken disposition perfectly complimenting Lilith's braver, louder one.
Before long, Cecilia's cub was born. There was only one, a beautiful lioness she and Lilith named Kharissa, partially after Kimber. After all, though it had been a long time since Cecilia had seen him, Kimber had been her first love and would always be the father of her cub.
Lilith and Cecilia oficially became mates soon after, coming out to the pride with their relationship. To their delight, the pride happily accepted the pair.
The two lived well for a long while, enjoying life together and leading their pride as strong, able queens. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. Cecilia went for a short walk about the pride one day after organizing a patrol, humming a sweet tune to herself.
Cecilia never even had a chance to fight back or realize what was happening when she was hit from behind, jaws with sharp teeth snapping down on the back of her neck around her mane.
As Cecilia felt her life fade away, her vision darkening bit by bit, she knew that her time had come to and end. A million thoughts fluttered through her mind, but none more powerful than the pain that flooded her with the knowledge that she would be leaving behind her love, Lilith and her dear, sweet cub.
The last thing Cecilia felt was her body being dragged before everything blinked away.
