"Is everything all right?"
You jump at the sound of a voice behind you and spin around, heart racing. Somehow, you hadn’t heard her approach. The lioness stands there, her eyes warm with apology as she offers a gentle smile.
"I didn’t mean to startle you," she says, dipping her head slightly. "Forgive me."
It takes you a moment to recognize her as the lioness you bumped into earlier. You shake your head, offering a small shrug, realizing it was your own lack of awareness. You’re still getting used to these lands and the swift movements of its inhabitants.
"Don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything," she continues kindly. "Most of us are friendly enough—though some might take a little longer to warm up." Her eyes gleam with understanding, and a faint smile tugs at her lips.
With that, she gives you a polite nod, turning gracefully to leave you in peace once more.

The Lead Huntress is a lioness whom her fellows highly respect. She plans every hunt and is responsible for the huntresses. Her rank is equal to that of the Lead Warrior. She is chosen by the former Lead Huntress or the King himself because of her ability to analyze the terrain and her coolness in dangerous situations. She is a quick thinker and a very good listener to her sisters, often gathering grievances or suggestions from the pride and reporting them to the King.
