Viviane ~ Korat, Labradorite

When she was born, Viviane was stolen from her birth pride by a vicious, warring pride. They were stealing cubs from all around to make into soldiers. But they cared little for them, and so very few survived the training--mostly due to lack of food and shelter. Viviane was starving but fought hard to live. She knew she was stronger than the others but hated the pride who took her. One night, she plotted a disturbance so she could scramble away. She ran as far as she could, but she was so famished she collapsed in the wilderness. When she awoke, another cub was beside her, licking her in a friendly, comforting way. She'd never met this cub before but she knew that her presence was safe, and a blessing. And as luck would have it, they appeared to be on the borders of a very welcoming pride.
The pride gave them plenty of food and promised them a safe home, but it took a while for Viviane to trust anyone but the other cub--Aisling. But watching how they treated her "sister" and how they tried to treat her, she eventually began to see them as an honest and loving pride. Nonetheless, she was still aggressive and had anger issues that she could not quell. The pride was very understanding and asked her if she'd do them the honor of becoming a Warrior for the pride. She accepted. Viviane has tried to move on, but she low-key yearns for the chance to get revenge on the pride that stole her.
