Kalahari was taken in the pride after Moth found her weak and laying on the ground in a trap that was laid by some poachers,Moth and his pride took care of her for a long time,learning that she lost her cubs after she escaped from a circus because of the stress. She is usually kind and calm but does have moments when she is more afraid of others,she likes playing in water and mud,which made her have a few ticks on her. Her sibling is Newt,who was the one that alerted Moth and begged him to help her sister, Kalahari is friends with Sphinx and Viper but usually hangs out with her sister. Her cub is Hyacinth who she protects and loves as she is the first mutated cub born in the pride
