LightSunStone had wandered the lands after leaving his own pride for reasons he doesn’t fully know himself. Though wanting a pride he was in need of a lioness, a queen. When he had wandered the lands for days he had stumbled across a lioness who was drunk by a waterhole. He was pretty nervous so he mustered up the courage and roared out for her attention. She looked up startled but tilted her head.

“Who might you be sir?”

She wasn’t scared, she was rather curious it seemed. Her eyes bore into his and his heart had thumped.

“My name it LightSunStone, I’m in need of a lioness for my new pride. I seek a queen who will rule over by my side.” His voice boomed, has if his confidence had gain itself in near seconds.

The lioness chuckled and sat.

“Show me what you can do then.”

So he pulled over every move he can think and somehow won her heart. She had giggled when he had fluffed his mane for her.

“Why you seem charming for sure. I’ll go with you, I’ll mother your children and rule out pride together.”

He had smiled and nuzzled her head, satisfied and happy with her choice.

Years had passed and they had over 30 cubs by then. Well they had cared for them as some were adopted while others were studded by others or their own. Either way, each one was loved and give away for new homes as she had given them care and love the best she can. She smiles as her King has done a good job doing what he can for his pride.

You watch a bit disturbedly as NightLight rolls around, gnawing on a smooth piece of rock and slobbering all over.
