Biography
Queen of the pride and lead huntresses. - She welcomes any new huntress to the pride. She too was once an excited adolescent lioness trying to prove herself to her pride. - She butts her head against Amara. She missed hunting with the elder lioness. It was the old lioness who taught her how to to be the hunter she was. Now she leads the prides most skilled huntresses in the hunt. She wouldn't be the lioness she is now without the teachings of Amara. It'll be a sad day for the pride when the elder lion passes. - She beams at the star-bound cub her grand child had. Oh how she happy was to see them grow into a loving caring lion. - She has watched many of her pride mates grow old. Listened to them complain of their body not feeling like it used to. She still sat every night looking to the stars of the great huntresses, knowing she'd see all the elder lionesses again. She looked to her king and the star bound cub, now discussing what would become of the pride. She was saddened when she heard her mate, the king would be retiring early. But she knew he only wanted to see his successor lead a successful pride before his passing. She feared she would outlive him. She was more fit and well than her mate. She was still hunting at the age of 10, while he was preparing his new successor at the age of 12. Being the king of the pride had taken a toll on her mate, but being his queen wasn't any easier. - Finally, she was able to retire from hunting duties. She could now lay happily along side the old king until their final days. She was happy from the thought. Though, she would have to watch over the cubs, just as her mentor did many moons ago. She still missed the elder lion and her advice. She watched the star bound lion greet other members of the pride, even play with the cubs. Who would they pick for their new queen she wondered. A little primal lioness with the markings of a okapi, the soon to be queen was eager to learn all she could from the elder lionesses. A feeling of great pride swelled in the old queens heart.
