After wandering the vast unknown, a seemingly very energetic cub bounces up to you while you're exploring.
"Hi!" Happily chirps the cub, fidgeting from paw to paw. "I--" She's giggling and shaking with excitement. "I am Cottonbird, traveling lioness of Pride Euphoria!" But before you can begin to question why such a young cub is out in the unknown of the savannah, the tiny little thing seems to beat you to it. "Ah. I-I know I'm so young, but I promise I'm sooo much fun! This was my idea, going on a BIIIG adventure! I'm going to grow up an exploring lioness, you know. So big and strong and full of awesome stories!"
Cottonbird then lets out a little roar, and you watch in amusement. She laughs, then looks to you hopefully. "Is your pride the one I visit next?"

-- Cottonbird's broodmother and mother figure watched, teary-eyed, as a cape was placed over the cub's head by the price's king, Oasis Mane, as a token of safe travels. Newly-weaned and abandoned by her mother, Cottonbird had long confided in Royalfrost, until she decided to instead travel the world. Royalfrost advanced and groomed Cottonbird one last time, pressing her forehead to hers. "safe travels, my little bird."

-- Iris looked up as her king, Sabel, padded up to her with a cub excitedly following him, the young cub she had been grooming squirmed out of her paws while she was distracted. Sabel sat down to explain to the head broodmother that this cub, which she now knew was named Cottonbird, would be staying with them for small time before heading off to another pride. She smiled down at Cottonbird "I hope you enjoy your stay here, young one" she purred, leading her over to meet her new temporary den mates.
