She was the queen of the pride. Astra and Cìkan knew each other since they were little, and after the former King of the pride died, Cìkan became King and made Astra the Queen. Astra was not always fair, but tried her best. Even tho she always got to eat first and gets to spend more time with the king than others, she was well respected and liked by the pride. She takes good care of the pride and always protects the cubs and other lionesses against rouges etc. She sees a great future King in Alanumi and hopes that he will give his best to protect and lead the pride in the future. As for Sumire, who is the queen now, she respects her and likes her a lot. But as she sometimes says: „Only apedemak knows“ or: „Only the ancestors that turned into the stars we see above us, have the answer to that question“
