During Simba's short stay in Mariposa's territory, she has made remarkable memories. Some of those being...
Heather and Simba bonded over natural bobtails during rest periods. The older lioness gave Simba tips on what to do when stuck with phantom pain and how to balance while hunting. Heather made sure that Simba goes home feeling comfortable in her skin; and if others tease her for the bob, make sure to give them a good ol smack!
Too many to count, but Simba thinks she can recall them all.
With Daemonium scolding her for eating too much meat, Aecor promoting Simba's wicked curiosity, Asha kindly tending to her wounds, Creptio making sure that Simba was following commands, Dae teaching Simba to always be a little snarky to males, Fortis making sure Simba always puffed her chest out with pride, then Inaequale teaching the lesson of patience, Kohana planting the idea of looks over strength, Newlove teachings of when to back out of situations, while Nora taught to be fearless, with Onca teaching how to work smarter than to work harder, Purity made sure to teach Simba how to plan for months ahead, Runbu making her smile when times were tough, Solarus telling Simba to be grateful for what life handed them, while Somnium slapped her a few times for waking her up, Wolfgang made sure that Simba knew how to care for the young, with Rushing teaching her to scam others, Skyleap was a mess for sure, but Mephistopheles always had Simba help her prank the others, Tambo's greed that caused a few scars, Cotton gave not so needed romantic advice, and then Daemon spoke of wisdom that settled deep within her heart.
So many names.. but so much importance
Now thinking of it, Simba can't think of any moments with Tiger Dapple and Skibidi Rizzler that stuck out to her. Tiger Dapple was always in his own headspace as he bragged on and on about the fights he won on his patrols. While on the other side of the coin, many young lionesses flocked to the handsome Skibidi Rizzler when all he wanted was to be left alone! Wait-! She just remembered that once she put rotten wildebeast meat into the two sub-male's food. Awkward...
One can say that a burden on Simba's visit was Benza, Dea, and Vix. Though the three lionesses were younger than Simba, they made sure that Simba was always on edge. Rather than putting a scorpion in her nest or tricking her into stepping into elephant dung. Like a thorn in her side, Simba always tried to stop them, but it always went nowhere. Maybe it's a good thing Simba is leaving those three behind. She can still taste the poop in her mouth!
Last but certainly not least is Mariposa herself. Simba has grown to understand why the pride both fears and respects the queen. Though she is loving to her pride, Simba can remember many moments where the queen's cold-hearted demeanor caused nothing but death. The training Mariposa has for her young is inhumane, Simba feels her muscles are harder, stronger, and ready to take on the toughest foe. Perhaps when the lioness returns home, she can spread the ideas she learned from the vicious queen.
