Biography
Valerie is settled near the den entrance, her face calm and content as she watched cubs frolic with one another; playfully battle over absolutely nothing but to claim themselves ’the best’. Her ear twitches as she heard you approach. Turning her head to peer over her shoulder, Valerie’s expression flicks from placid to snarky as she processes your arrival.
“And you are?” she questions with a glare. “My younger travels? well-“ Valerie halts to swiftly glance at the cubs. She blinks, turning back to face you; noticing your lack of hostility. “If you must know, I wasn’t born here. My mother, Valentine, and I trekked all throughout Africa in search of a home. Our prior pride had been recked. As if the stars had aligned, after moons of searching, we came across Lunar. In order stay in the loving pride, it was proposed I watch over the offspring. But not a day goes by, that I do not wish I could stalk the large herds with the other lionesses.”
Valerie seems to be staring through you instead of at you. Perhaps imagining what travels she could’ve had if she’d continue a loner with her kin. You take this as a sign to leave, exiting the den and passing the energetic cubs that linger.
