Latif and Shrikes

The wind whistles in your ear, and, suddenly, a lioness is sitting infront of you, a solemn smile on their face. They seem to be old, over fifteen years of age.
“Hello, I’m Latif,” She started, standing on the large stump with a scribbled rushed word that says ‘griot.’ “I hold stories of everyone in Kháo’s vast pride..if it’s still hers, that is.” She chuckled to himself. “That old lioness…she always hated when I got on her nerves.” Latif would pause before starting to speak again.
“Can you speak to Qilin for me? Tell her that I miss her…anyways, I keep stories of everything here! Just ask away! I got them from older clan mates—even the ones who were here since Abner!”
