In those days leading up to her passing, Naomi forced herself to learn as much as she could about each ceremony she would be taking on. Mian slurred over her words and was almost unable to communicate with Naomi but eventually, Mian admitted that she had taught her all she knew. Within the week, Mian passed, leaving Naomi to be the one to truly show her skills in preparing the end of life ceremony for Mian herself. This act proved to the pride that she was ready. The pride had a new funeral planner
