A lioness approaches your king, her face shrouded by a hood. Her voice whispers like the branches of a dying forest. "Great king... a boon for your future. Pay a price for the knowledge to become who you choose... or will you destroy yourself to prevent it?" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Asra, First Born of Queen Noctia. She wanders the plains in search of kings and queens to read the fortune of. Her prices change depending on her needs or the needs of her pride. Sometimes she will read a king's future's and stay for a few months, only to leave carrying his cubs. She is normally quite neutral, but occasionally with arrogant and bloodthirsty kings she takes pleasure in making them feel the fear of their fate, knowing they will end up creating the outcome they seek to change. When she is home, she enjoys watching over her nieces and taking them out for trips to discuss their gifts. She will sometimes use her gift to tease the younger lions into trying to change something- only to flip over and fall into the mudpit they were trying to avoid. She doesn't live in the royal den, as the amount of fates that extend into the unknown and cryptic tend to give her a headache. She is not exactly pleased with her daughter's betrothal to the warmonger King Shanks- his past is full of bloodshed, but ultimately his fate is clear. She makes it clear that if he ever harms her- his future will be changed by HER. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You walk by the sleeping Asra unsuspectingly, when she sticks out one paw in front of yours.
