Sometimes, Lady Banquo would take her daughters with her when she visited neighbouring prides. Aleu and Koharu would watch their mother diligently, pinning down her every mannerism in case they one day had to fill her place. Haiku, much to their chagrin, barely ever paid attention. She was focused on something better: the ladies. This was how Haiku met Hikaru; Lady Banquo was visiting King Mammon's territory, and Hikaru caught Haiku's eye returning from a hunting party. Haiku could be spotted slinking off to the huntresses' den, where she entertained them with wild stories of her antics and sweet nothings. At first, Hikaru found Haiku's advances silly and unbecoming of royalty. However, as Haiku and her sisters' stay lengthened, Hikaru found herself growing more and more charmed by the colourful lioness.
When Banquo and her daughters returned to the Acropolis, Haiku would often lie by herself and think about the young huntress who had caught her eye.
However, shortly after Lady Banquo named Haiku her chosen heir, she caught a strangely familiar scent on the wind. She followed it to the edge of the territory, and her heart skipped a beat. Standing before her, her eyes weary from travel, was Hikaru. She had left Mammon's pride to follow Haiku. She was stunned to hear that Haiku had been named an heir, and graciously accepted her invitation to stay.
When you greet each other, Hikaru pushes you on your side to the ground only to cuddle against your manly muscles.
Hikaru runs to you to snuggle in your magnificent fur!
You are happily eating dinner with your pride when Hikaru flops right on you! Apparently she wanted to eat her meal in a warm lion pile.
Upon seeing you, Hikaru mreows loudly and furiously rubs her head against your chin.
