ᴅᴇᴘᴜʟꜱᴏ

Depulso, an often misunderstood cub, grew up away from her family. One could say her pride abandoned her because of her 'defects,' to another pride. She was not only left because of her split tail, but because of her supposed unholy actions. Depulso had once traveled far from her pride as a cub, finding herself in a new place. It was cold and scary, and as she searched for home, she had found another pitiful being, a hyena. The small thing was seemingly made of coals, and the cackling was echoed in its whimpers. It asked her to help it, and it would give her something for its life being saved. Depulso did it without remorse, helping the canine escape to its home, far, far, underground.
"Thank you."
It told her, and she left with cracks in her fur and large, black wings that gifted her with fight. she had never been able to go home again though...for she was now a "devil," and would be thrown aside. She had been found by another prides' king, and nursed back to health, for a reason. She must be apart of his ever-growing pride, and help him in his conquest to destroy the angels beside the inhabitants of hell. Although repulsed, she could not refused all he had done, and now loyally serves him. Depulso found that old friend once more, that small, fiery hyena again, now they walk side by side, eyes burning with determination.
