Amaterasu, her name meaning sky, is the prides healer, she was raised by Achlys after her parents tried sacrificing her because they believed she was apart of a plan to bring life and prosperity to their clan. Achlys snatched her the night before her death and brought her to the hidden pride in the mountains where she knew her queen would allow her to take care of the poor cub. Growing up, Amaterasu got along with all the other cubs but preferred to play with the other creatures of the valley. Once she reached adolescence the prides current healer took her in and made Amaterasu her successor as the prides next healer.
