Battleclaw was invited by Frystar to Night Pride. She accepted, though wary, and entered the pride. She had a pink underbelly, unusual for lions, and this was why she was abused in her previous pride. This was the reason she left. However, she already became evasive, embarrassed with her colouring, and never really talking to anyone. She is also very embarrassed at her scars. Soon enough, her first litter was born. Of two cubs - Patterncub, a young female and...Littlecub. However, Littlecub was not a normal cub. He was born a dwarf, a runt, the first mutated cub in the pride, even though mutations in such a young pride are rare.
