Biography
Elaine is quite the gentle one. Banished from a pride that ostracized her, she was found huddled beneath a tree in the heavy rain by Iri. Ashamed, yet unwilling to let go of her proud nature, she simply flicked her tail at the king, turning her head so that he would not see the vulnerability. The young king began to persuade the pretty lioness, detailing the warm caves of the pride and the large trees that surrounded the territory. It was only until he mentioned cubs that Elaine's ears perked up, looking over her shoulder to finally catch the king's eye. A small smile tugged at his lips, and then and there the agreement was made: Elaine would be given shelter and a pride to stay in, as long as she cared for the cubs that were held there. A win-win situation, is that not? Due to Elaine's incredible skill with cubs, she is given those that are harder to handle, or those who require special care. Now, she works hand-in-hand with Nana, the senior brood mother, assisting her with making sure the cubs are well cared for, while also training the newer brood mothers.
