Aria grew up never really having a pride. A lone lioness with her cub searching for a place to call home and raise her daughter, she stumbled upon a male lion enjoying his meal by a watering hole. He invited her to come share his meal, asking her what pride she was from and doted on her small cub. Aria explained that she was a traveler, not really ever fitting into a pride she could see herself and her daughter thriving in. "We have many who are from different prides, and we have many travelers that stop by to fill their bellies and tell us of their stories. If you are looking for somewhere safe to raise your daughter, you've stumbled across the right waterhole." And so Aria and her cub went back with the kind king, settling right in. There was no doubt in her mind that this is where she wanted to be, and from that moment on flares pride became her pride as well.
