Aria was not always an immortal lioness. She was very young when she was taken into the great Tenebris Pride, during the rule of the first king, Crimsonstar. It was under her that the lionesses grew strong, as she was highly regarded for her primal fangs. However, those who did not know her scorned her for her fangs, for they saw them as a curse. She had been exiled from her home at a young age, and was left for dead in the wide open savannah. However, fate was kind to the young lioness, as Crimsonstar saw her weak, frail body while on a patrol. He took pity on the lioness, having been an exile himself before forming the pride.
When he brought her home, she was immediately nursed back to health and Crimsonstar commanded for all lions in his pride to respect her. She was mentored by the first queen, Sunstreak, to be a wise and strong leader. This persisted up until Crimsonstar's death and Sunstreak's exile. However, they shared too strong of a bond to ever leave each other permanently, and they began to meet up at the borders of the new king Apate's territory. However, Sunstreak had already grown old, and she was left to die alone with only her daughters nearby. Her first daughter Latona had ran away at a young age, and she had been heartbroken.
It was not until Sunstreak had died that Aria had decided to take matters into her own paws. She had a traveling rogue lioness apply war paint to her fur, as a sign of Sunstreak's protection over her and her strength. When Apophis rose, she sided with Anubis, as did the rest of the pride, but Seth was the one who had gifted her with his wing bands and coiled snake headpieces. She wore these with pride against the deadly serpent, and she knew that both Sunstreak and Seth were protecting her as she fought the chaos serpents. When Apophis finally fell, Seth had to return to his temple, but he never truly left the young warrior. He fought with her when Heaven and Hell collided, and when rabies broke out.
Although Aria had many great achievements, her time was coming to an end. She died halfway into the reign of Apate, who had her body placed in Seth's temple. As soon as this was done, her story appeared upon the walls of her burial chamber, honoring her legacy. Her burial chamber was highly guarded by Seth himself, as he had taken it upon himself to protect the warrior even when she had passed. The chamber was often visited by the priestesses to clean and to make sacrifices to the fallen warrior. Seth did not attack them, for he was very familiar with the lionesses who honored the three gods who had risen during the battle against the serpent and his minions.
The intruders however, met a different end. They were torn apart by Seth and their bodies were tossed into the molten lava below the temples. It was said by the priestesses that Aria's spirit walked the temple at all times of day, conversing with Seth and protecting the living when battle rose.
This remained for many moons after her passing, until Anubis finally took it upon himself to revive the mighty warrior. Evelyn sacrificed a jellyfish in a canopic jar to Anubis, and the fallen lioness was allowed to rise again, but this time, as an immortal with her flesh and bones completely intact just as they had been when she was living. Aria was also pleased to be revived, for she had wanted to feel the grass under her paws and climb rocks like she had always done. Seth was the happiest of all, having been longing to feel the lioness's fur again. Aria now resides in the Temple of Anubis, but she spends most of her time in the Temple of Seth, just waiting for a battle to rise again...
