Chanya had always known she's be married off to a different king, as her father was king of her birth pride and they needed space for new cubs. Still she had been quite scared when he sent her off to meet Rashan, a complete stranger to her. What would he be like? Would he treat her well? When she saw him for the first time, a giant primal male with a grim look on his face, she feared he'd reject her, maybe kill her. But behind that first impression he made, he was a kind and gentle king, welcoming her warmly in his family. Chanya was one of the first he chose for his pride, and she was still quite proud of it. She had made friends here, and though she thought of herself as neither the prettiest nor the most skilled lioness, she was treated with respect and love and enjoyed looking after the younger cubs a lot.
