She obtained her name because the pride is about 90% certain she feels more hyena than lion (as she chooses their company over the pride's). In reality she loves that babysitting and dining with the neighboring hyenas clan pisses her mother off, so she does it frequently. However, she is unaware of the social and personal consequences that can follow - even if it is in reality just a show being put on. Thankfully, a majority think it's a phase and has not yet been put under the king's radar due to her mother's rank. Truthfully, her rebellion is stimming from her feeling like she can't choose her own path in life due to all the expectations from the pride. She finds EVERYONE'S expectations of her to be the ultimate huntress like her mother Spider completely overwhelming. However she finds that the pressure coming from her own mother's expectations are unbearable. After hunts when it's time to distribute the meat she always wants to be the one to deliver food to the broodmothers just to see the babies. Yena longs to be a broodmother, the neighboring hyena clan is her only place to do so. Does she realize she may soon be selling her soul to the devil?
