You tackle-hug Covered Eclipse, happy to see them. Except apparently you did it a little too hard. They wander off crying to their protector. Awwwww crap. You feel awful. Bad lion. You were just chillaxing when Covered Eclipse came over with a mouthful of flowers. Awwww, cute. You don't mind how mashed up they got while the cub was walking. You made the mistake of asking Covered Eclipse how your mane looked today. She just grinned and remarked that it looked great compared to your face. Ouch. Put some snuh on that burn. Evening Shade gave Covered Eclipse to the broodmothers as soon as she could, but surprisingly, she still visited with the cub every so often. Covered Eclipse herself was similar to her mother in the fact that she had an attitude with everyone she met, but she was able to hide her facial expressions a bit more. The cub also didn't grow up hating everyone in the pride. She actually loves the company of her friends.
