This lioness was born amidst a time in which food was incredibly scarce. Very early on in life, she learned to survive by catching food for herself and not sharing, even to her fellow cubs who were on the brink of death. She watched as other cubs within the pride slowly succumbed to the lack of food, as she shoved a small carcass into her own hidden stash. Survival of the fittest.
